I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with comfortable and quiet rooms that were very spacious. The balcony overlooking the Rhine was a nice touch, although the room felt a bit outdated, and the refrigerator didn't keep items cold enough. The service was excellent, with very friendly staff always willing to help, though I missed having a complimentary bottle of water and control over the room heater. The location was superb, offering easy access to the old city and being near the Rhine River and city center. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wonderful and rich selection, making it the highlight of my stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were lovely and comfortable. The evening meal offered a wide selection and was very nice, especially the Grill. The rooms were spacious with nice river views, complemented by a good breakfast and a comfortable room.
The deluxe river view room I stayed in wasn't up to the standard I'd expect for the cost, but it was clean and the bed was very comfy. The evening meal at the Grill was delightful with plenty of choices. The price per night was 120Eur.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very cosy and comfortable, situated next to the lobby with a Foosball table to entertain. They were comfortable, although a bit old, yet spacious, well-appointed, and clean, providing an excellent night's sleep after a busy day. The service was up to Hilton standards with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city near downtown, shopping centers, and riverside walks. The dining experience was wonderful with plenty of choices and fresh options every time. Overall, a great value for money with some minor hiccups to note.
