the location was easy for getting around.

I was disappointed that the safe in my room didn't work. i reported this to the front desk, but nothing happened , even after i asked again. there were also busy streets near my room. Tram tracks ran under the windows all day and night, it was not peaceful at all.

The hotel's location near the Rhine river was very convenient. I could easily walk to the city center for shopping. The staff at the reception desk were cute and professional. Breakfast had many options.

The pillows were not comfortable. I got a pain in my neck. The room was very noisy because of a connecting door to the adjacent room. Every sound was audible.

the breakfast buffet offered a good selection. the hotel's location is convenient, directly on the riverside. the parking in the hotel was good value. the room was a good size for a city room, and i found it to be clean.

the hotel claimed to have air conditioning, but it only has a fan. the fan blows air in the room, it is not cool air. the temperature of the room did not dip below 24 degrees.

the room was very large with a big toilet i found the bed very comfortable it was only two minutes walk from the city center everything from the location to the money was very good the location was great with views of the rhine the staff was especially helpful too.

the location was quiet yet close to the train station offering beautiful river views it was convenient for exploring the city center and provided easy access to various attractions everything was within walking distance enhancing the overall experience.
